What We Do
We offer practical and affordable OFQUAL & Industry Body approved and regulated courses, that are nationally recognised. We also deliver stand alone courses, such as Defibrillator and Anaphylaxis.
Each course is tailored for each individual’s needs: We are aware that everyone has different learning styles, thus we strive to cover all kinds of teaching methods, that will suit all learners in the classroom. Our aim is to maximize inclusion in our classroom, so that all of our learners are involved, welcomed, supported and engaged.
We have the flexibility to adapt and deliver our training at the customer’s venue: whether it is a barn or a meeting room with all the technological facilities available, we deliver the highest quality of training, regardless of the venue.

Why Choose Us?
As we are still a small family business, the vast majority of our courses are delivered by us.
Our Courses
Our passion for teaching started in 2015, with delivering lifeguard courses for Royal Life Saving Society. Soon after that, we realised that there is more to first aid teaching and this motivated us to upgrade our skills, becoming qualified to teach a much wider range of first aid courses.
We offer a wide range of first aid courses, meaning we have something to suit everybody.

How It Works
We are continually reviewing the official guidance and we have introduced a wide range of precautions, to ensure the safety and well being of both the trainers and the learners.
Due to the practical nature of first aid courses, it is not possible to offer exclusively remote courses. While we have improved the range of courses that we offer and now have a blended option for almost each type of course, there are some practical components that need to be demonstrated face to face.

Frequently Asked Questions
Below are some of our FAQ’s
Prior to each course, all manikins’ faces are washed in hot water. After this step, faces are soaked in warm water with disinfectant solution for half an hour, followed by drip drying. Each manikin comes with new lungs, changed before each course. The chest is wiped with Trionic wipes, which are disinfection wipes, used mainly for medical devices and equipment. In the classroom, faces are again wiped with Trionic wipes and left to dry. In addition to this, alcoholic manikin wipes are used throughout the course, for learners to use in between each exercise.
We send over the certificates after we receive payment. We do not send paper certificates anymore, but electronic ones.
We advise all participants to wear comfortable clothing, as there are quite a few practical parts, which will require kneeling or laying on the floor.
You only need to bring a piece of paper, should you wish to take notes. Everything else (pen, PPE) will be provided for you.
We do have a training room in Heathrow, postcode TW19 7PW. We use this room for most of our open courses, where people book individually for the course. For the majority of the courses booked as a group, we use the venue/training room provided by the customer.
It is understandable that you might be worried at the prospect of sharing a room with another 10 people, as well as sharing some of the first aid equipment, such as manikins. We continue to deliver first aid training, while making sure that our customers the highest quality training.
When you book for your training, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire; we need to know if:
– You have had fever in the last 24 hours
– You have a new, persistent cough
– You have a change in your sense of smell and/or taste
– You have been in close contact with someone who has had Covid-19 in the last 14 days
– You have been isolating in the last 10 days, as a result to Covid-19 symptoms
– You have been living in a household with someone who is isolating as a result of Covid-19 symptoms in the last 10 days
If the answer is ‘yes’ to any of these questions, we will not be able to accommodate you for the course; we are happy to book you at a later date.
For all open courses (where people book individually), we will make sure that there is at least one metre distance between all participants and we will encourage you to maintain this distance throughout the course. However, when not possible (such as in practicing recovery position), we will provide PPE for each candidate to use, such as face mask, hand gels and gloves. Ventilation in the training room is essential, so we will have air-con and open doors throughout the course.
For closed courses (where people book as a group), we take the same precautions as above, but it very much depends on the space that is provided by the customer at the venue.
Each candidate will also receive individually wrapped dressings and will be encouraged to practice bandaging on themselves, rather than on someone else.
At the beginning of each course, each candidate will receive: hand sanitizer, gloves, face mask, resuscitation shield (for practicing CPR rescue breaths), individually wrapped sterile dressings, book and pen.
